📄 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 255pub ("255pub," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 255pub online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 255pub.net (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a 255pub account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your 255pub account.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 255pub or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

255pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID card, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If 255pub determines at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements — including the 21-year age minimum — 255pub will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via the original payment method where possible.

👤 3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the 255pub Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 255pub account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Verification (KYC): 255pub is required to verify the identity of players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for this purpose. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.
4. Account Currency: 255pub accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
5. Account Closure: You may request closure of your 255pub account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

255pub reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

🔑 4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 255pub login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your 255pub login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 255pub account, even a family member or trusted friend.
• You must notify 255pub support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 255pub account and update it regularly.
• You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

255pub will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your 255pub account — whether authorised by you or not — will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified 255pub of a security breach prior to the activity in question.

255pub employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your account and personal data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk when using the 255pub Platform.

255pub supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: 255pub applies a return-to-source policy. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Verification Requirement: 255pub may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide any documentation requested promptly to avoid delays.
• Transaction Fees: 255pub does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 255pub accepts no responsibility.
• Declined Transactions: 255pub reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law.

All funds deposited into your 255pub account are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes. Your real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

🎁 6. Bonuses and Promotions

255pub offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 255pub reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Modification: 255pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the 255pub Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply to all 255pub games:

• All game outcomes on the 255pub Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• 255pub games are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 255pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 255pub's decision in such matters is final.

🚫 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 255pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 255pub support immediately.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your 255pub account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to access another player's 255pub account without authorisation.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that 255pub reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or 255pub staff.

All content on the 255pub Platform — including but not limited to the 255pub name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 255pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 255pub Platform without the prior written consent of 255pub.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 255pub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by 255pub in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

255pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 255pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 255pub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

🔐 11. Privacy and Data Protection

255pub collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 255pub.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

255pub implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 255pub Platform, including disputes relating to game outcomes, account decisions, or payment processing, the following process applies:

1. Contact Support First: You must first contact the 255pub support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 48 hours.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 48 hours, you may request escalation to the 255pub Compliance Team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within seven (7) business days.
3. Final Decision: 255pub's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.
4. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
